Is iboga legal?

The active ingredient ibogain is not included in the Narcotics Act (BTMG) in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. This means that iboga is absolutely legal and therefore allowed in these countries! For these reasons, we only ship to these regions.

In Germany, ibogaine is included in the Medicines Act (AMG). This means that Tabernanthe Iboga can be bought and sold completely legally in Germany. However, it must not be offered as medicine/food or food.

We therefore point out that we only offer our Iboga root bark as incense, decoration & for research purposes!
